The EFCIS web site has been designed to be intuitive and straightforward, both to use and to navigate.

We are aware that, should difficulties arise, the problem lies with us, not with our visitors. In view of the above, please contact us should you encounter difficulties of any kind so that we may endeavour to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

Clicking on the word 'Home' in the top menu will take you to the page that was displayed when you first entered the site. From there, you will be able to access all other areas of the site.

In the side menu bar under 'Products', is a drop-down list of the products available to our clients. As you move your mouse over the list each item will be highlighted in turn. Clicking on any item will take you to the relevant products page, wherein you will find descriptions of the products available and information that will help you to make an informed choice.
