Andy has been actively involved within the credit insurance, risk management and finance industry for over 24 years.

Starting his career with one of the largest credit insurers, Andy quickly recognised his passion for broking. After working for several broking houses, Andy set up EFCIS in 2000.

Andy wanted to set up a broking house that focused on highlighting the real tangible benefits of credit insurance supported by an in-house developed IT platform.

Andy firmly believes that “being part of the ICBA we have the capability to place global credit insurance programs with a local service in 25 countries.”

Louise was instrumental in setting up EFCIS in 2000 and is responsible for servicing clients, supported by a team of specialist brokers. Louise is now a Director and Shareholder of EFCIS which reflects her hard work and commitment to client satisfaction.
